Pastor Tom Walters is the founder of Gold Cross of America. His book "Dynamic Biblical Counseling" outlines "Dynamic Spirituality" and the approach that is employed by Gold Cross of America and their counselors. His warm caring approach to individual needs are applied in his counseling sessions. He is well qualified in both teaching and counseling. He has a masters degree in Education and a Ph.D. in Biblical Studies. He has a background in Health Care Chaplaincy and his specialty is Biblical Counseling.
